Groomers may also detect issues early if they notice lumps, bumps, or scaly patches while caring for your pet. To schedule an appointment for grooming services, we require pets to be current with the same vaccines that are required to use our boarding services. Proof of vaccination must be presented prior to arrival for all grooming appointments. If you prefer, vaccinations can be boosted upon arrival for an additional fee.
Both Kroner Animal Care and The Plains Veterinary Hospital offer grooming services. Available services and prices include care for both dogs and cats:
Bathing
Bathing Includes: brush out, toenails trimmed, full bath, ears cleaned
Pricing:
- Small Dogs: Start at $35 to $45
- Medium Dogs: Start at $45 to $55
- Large Dogs: Start at $55 to $65
Full Groom
Styling Includes: brush out, full Bath, toenails trimmed, ears cleaned, pads cleaned
Pricing:
- Small Dogs: Start at $55
- Medium Dogs: Start at $60
- Large Dogs: Start at $75
Pricing varies with coat condition, matting and pets behavior. Sedation is additional cost for pets that require it. These must be scheduled as a sedated groom. Contact us to learn more.
